Hello friends🥰just wanted to introduce myself and share a little bit about me to anyone who hasnt met me yet❤️My name is Jesenia but i go by Jess (my name is a little hard to say😂) i have been doing hair for about 8 years i do kids and adults cuts / color & styling and have worked with children ever since the beginning of my career ❤️ i worked at both of the childrens salons we had in reno as a part time job , once they closed i had the opportunity to purchase a cute little firetruck chair for the kids from one of the kids salons that closed .I love working with children and kids have become around 80% of my clients .I have alot of patience and work with all sensory❤️( I would describe my personality as more of a calm person🥰)I have 1 son which is 23 years old ( i was a mom very young) and i have a beautiful little granddaughter🥰 About the salon: i am now in my own room❤️this is an option i choose to help make the best experience for all my little ones and also for parents.I feel it works best for me as it is less distractions(sounds of machines blowdryers vacuums or just other little ones that are also scared) I have a tablet in front of them that they can watch their favorite show🥰 parents also can put their phone on the firetruck to show them their own videos .I also have toys , lollipops (I always ask parents before giving them candy) Parents are also ok bringing their favorite snacks🥰 I also would love to add Never feel bad when your little ones are crying i work with children all day! I love working with kids❤️You are welcome to take all the pictures/videos youd like and when i am cutting your little ones hair i am totally ok with you guys being right next to them🥰Cant wait to meet you all!Business Hours

Cancellation Policy
all appointments canceled less then 48 hours or no show will be charged a no show/or cancelation fee due too not giving enough time for the spot to be filled .Canceled less then 48 hours & No shows will be charged a 100% fee no exceptions . Anyone late more then 7 minutes to appointment will be canceled and have to reschedule and will be considered a no show (anything past this does not allow me enough time to get a service done as i may be booked back to back every 30 min)
i must be very strict as i work mostly with children and i can not be too much behind on my appointments(i must be quick with my little ones and if they are left waiting for too long it can change their experience) .I respect that my clients make appointments and i try to stay on time as much as possible .I understand things happen in life and the best way is to communicate with me.
